How to add/edit/delete document?
Add new category
By choosing the menu Plugins/Declarations/Manage Categories and right clicking on the parent category and choosing from the menu Add new child, Admin user can add the new category for documents. Required field in this form is Category title, and each document can be included in just one category. Admin user can upload image for category which will be shown on the frontend. He/she can add meta title, meta description, meta key words, description. By clicking on button Save, new category is shown in the tree of all documents' categories.
Documents category management
By choosing menu Plugins/Documents/Manage Categories, the tree of all declarations categories is shown. Admin has possibility to edit, delete, add new and change the position of category in the tree.
Add new document
By choosing the menu Plugins/Documents/Add new, Admin user can add new document and he/she has an option to choose the language of document. Files that can be uploaded are PDF files or images. By clicking on button Save, new document is shown in the list of all documents.
All documents
By choosing menu Plugins/Documents/All Documents, the list of all documents is shown. Admin has an option for advanced search and sorting by ID, Language, Declaration Title and Category. Admin user can choose how many documents he/she wants to view per page (10, 20, or 30 posts).
Edit document
By clicking on button for editing in the list of all documents, Edit document page opens.
Delete document
Admin user can delete documents. It can be done one by one, but also by selecting multiple documents and clicking on button for delete in the bottom of the page.
