Frequently asked questions
Add New FAQ Category
Admin user has an option to add new Faq category by choosing menu Plugins/Faq/Manage Categories, right clicking on the parent category and choosing Add new child. The page for adding new category opens. Required field is Title. Also, Admin user can add the icon for category and enter the description. By clicking on button Save, new Faq category is shown in the list of all Faq categories.
All Faq Categories
By choosing menu Plugins/Faq/Manage Categories, the tree of all Faq categories is shown. Admin has possibility to edit, delete, add new, change the position of category in the tree and he/she can choose the language of Faq.
Edit Faq Category
By right-clicking on the category and choosing from menu Edit selected node, Edit Category page opens. Here also required field is Category title.
Add New Faq Question
Admin user has an option to add new Faq question by choosing menu Plugins/Faq/Add New Question. Required fields in this form are Question Title, Answer to the question and Question Category. Each question can be assigned to only one Faq category, and admin user can set question to be visible or not visible for customers. Also, Admin can choose the language of question. By clicking on button Save, new Faq question is shown in the list of all Faq questions, and the page for editing created Faq question opens.
All Faq Questions
By choosing menu Plugins/Faq/All Questions, the list of all Faq questions is shown. Admin has an option for advanced sorting by ID, Language, Question, Answer and Visibility (Visible/Not Visible), and the same parameters for search, with an exception of visibility. Also, admin user can choose how many Faq questions he/she wants to view per page (10, 20, or 30 Faq questions).
Edit Faq Question
By clicking on button for editing in the list of all Faq question, dit Question page opens. Here also required fields are Question Title, Answer to the question and Question Category.
Delete Faq Question
Admin user can delete Faq questions. It can be done one by one, but also by selecting multiple Faq questions and clicking on button for delete in the bottom of the page.
